Tell us both locations. Exact addresses may be needed later. The route and circumstances at each property are part of the planning; the company location alone does not define which routes are possible.

What is coming with you?

Approximate floor area, number of rooms or a description of your belongings gives an initial idea of the scope. Mention particularly large or delicate items so these can be discussed.

Floors and lifts

Give the floor at both addresses and say whether a lift is available. If you know its size or usability, add that information. “Not yet known” is fine to start with.

Access and pathways

Stairs, a long path to the entrance or restricted access can affect planning. Describe any known details. This does not imply a commitment to additional services.

Preferred date and flexibility

A particular date or a flexible period helps the discussion. Tell us how much flexibility you have. A date is confirmed only through a personal agreement.
